He has over 30 years’ experience in the home building and land development industry and built well over 3,000 single family and attached homes in Atlanta. He holds active State General Contractor Licenses in Georgia and Florida and he is a Certified Professional Builder in Georgia. Prior to forming Epic Homes, Joey was COO of Robert Harris Homes and led them to a top 20 builder status in Atlanta. He was responsible for building and development operations in the Southeast, which included Texas, and Florida
