With over 30 years leading regional and national real estate companies Bob brings invaluable experience and leadership to the Wayfare Development Group. Bob served as President of Liberty Properties and President & COO of The Landmarks Group. Additionally, Bob held the position of Chairman & CEO of AMRESCO overseeing $35 billion in distressed real estate resolutions and has also managed multiple corporate expansions and joint ventures resulting in development activities in excess of $1 billion. Based on his many corporate successes Bob has served in the capacity of director for several companies including lead director for Felcor, a NYSE hotel REIT.
